Here is how this unsecured loan works.
Borrow $40,000 to $300,000
0% APR (Interest Rate is 0% for the first 2 years)
Monthly payments are based on a 30 year loan amortization (360 months)
(Minimum Monthly Payment: Divide loan amount by 360)
Example: Borrow $100,000. Monthly Payments: Minimum $287/month (all applied toward reducing principal amount owed)
Lender’s Fee: 10% of the Loan Amount (which is deducted from principal amount of the loan) and it’s a ONE TIME FEE.
Borrow $100,000, Receive $90,000
(Payment is based on $100,000 divided by 360)
The only up front fees are:
•the lender’s fee of 10% (ten percent) of the loan amount (which is deducted from principal amount of the loan), and
•the broker’s fee of 1% (one percent) of the loan amount payable to First Metropolitan Financial Group LLC.
After 2 years, you can refinance the balance remaining for another 2 years INTEREST FREE, with no additional charges.
If continually refinanced every 2 years, you can have a 30 year loan INTEREST FREE – just pay the lender’s fee of 10%, and the broker’s fee of 1% of the loan amount!
You can continue refinancing until the loan is paid off.
NO Collateral Required! NO Prepayment Penalties
The only requirement is good credit.
And our affiliate can do credit repair, if needed. And they can do it quickly, with standard repair fees, and if they can’t repair it, there is no charge.
All we need are 3 forms completed, which we can send, a copy the client’s Driver’s License, Social Security Card, and a Utility Bill.
The lender also needs your Free Credit Karma information.
